How WE Can Help You

Let's face it, there are many threats your business faces every day. If it's not a system failure, it's weather. If it's not weather then its a cyber-attack. If its not a cyber-attack, its a fire. If it's not a fire, it's a disgruntled employee. The list is endless but the solutions are finite. You have to undertake some level of Business Continuity Planning if you want to survive.

There are 4 Phases to a good Business Continuity Planning effort:

Readiness analysis

Before you can start improving your state of preparedness, you have to understand where you are now. Honestly.

In this area we:

  • Conduct a maturity assessment

  • Perform a gap analysis

  • Identify potential risks

  • Acquire executive

       buy-in

Business Impact

Once you know your current state of readiness, you need to understand your likely risks and the impact if those risks are realized.

In this area we:

  • Evaluate exposure

  • Assess the organizational impact

  • Document the findings

  • Develop a continuity plan

Disaster Recovery

Once the impact is understood, you need to align your business systems to the organization's essential functions.

In this area we:

  • Support essential functions

  • Determine RPO/RTO

  • Develop recovery strategies

  • Formulate responses

Plan Maintenance

With all of the preparation and planning done, you next ensure that the plans and procedures stay relevent and ready.

In this area we:

  • Develop drills & tests

  • Conduct training

  • Develop periodic review cycle

  • Update as conditions change
